Meeks was the half brother of Questor Thews.

Description

Very tall – well over six feet, old, bent, craggy face, white hair, grizzled. Wore a black leather glove on his left hand, and his right arm and hand were missing. Hard and steady pale blue eyes. Walked in a shuffle, hunched as if his legs no longer worked.

Biography

In his role at Rosen’s, Ltd he used the Penthouse level and only handled their speciality items. He was not an employee, but a privately employed sales specialist who acted as their agent in particular transactions. He was able to decide which transactions he transacts.
